Placements24 is seeking a meticulous Learning Platform Administrator based in Mossel Bay to manage and optimize the organization’s LMS and educational technology stack. This hybrid role blends remote flexibility with essential on-site responsibilities to ensure smooth operation and user satisfaction.

You will configure, monitor, and enhance the LMS, provide user support, produce actionable reports, and collaborate with IT and educators to improve the learning experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in IT, CS, Education, or related field.
• Strong knowledge of LMS platforms (Moodle/Blackboard/Canvas/Docebo).
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to create training materials and deliver sessions.
• Experience with data management and report generation.

Responsabilités

• Administer, configure, and maintain the LMS.
• Provide technical support to learners and staff.
• Manage user accounts, enrollments, and course structures.
• Develop and deliver LMS training materials and sessions.
• Monitor performance, troubleshoot issues, and coordinate with IT for resolutions.
• Generate reports on user activity and course completions.
• Ensure data integrity and security within the LMS.
• Stay updated on LMS features and best practices.
• Assist integration of third-party tools into the LMS.
• Contribute to planning and enhancement of the digital learning infrastructure.
