Placements24 is seeking an experienced Event Coordinator to oversee live entertainment events in and around Centurion. You will manage every stage from concept to post-event analysis, ensuring seamless delivery and a high-quality attendee experience.

The role requires hands-on involvement in budgeting, vendor coordination, and on-site management across diverse events in the Arts & Entertainment sector.

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating live entertainment events.
• Strong understanding of production logistics for events.
• Excellent organizational and multi-project management skills.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and execute live entertainment events from start to finish.
• Develop and manage event budgets, ensuring cost-effectiveness.
• Source and manage vendors, suppliers, and contractors; negotiate contracts.
• Coordinate logistics: venue, staffing, security, and technical needs.
• Provide on-site management during events and troubleshoot issues.
