Qualifications

• Proven experience as an Event Coordinator or in a similar role within Arts & Entertainment.
• Strong organizational, project management, and multitasking skills.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.
• Experience with event budgeting and financial management.
• Proficiency in event management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• A proactive approach and the ability to troubleshoot under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Plan, budget, and coordinate all logistical aspects of performing arts events.
• Liaise with artists and venues to manage contracts, riders, and technical requirements.
• Oversee event setup, execution, and breakdown on the day of the event.
• Manage attendee registration, ticketing, and on-site experience.
• Develop and implement marketing/promotional strategies with the marketing team.
• Conduct post-event evaluations and prepare detailed reports on success and improvements.
