Job summary

Tsogo Sun Digital is seeking a CRM Specialist to manage day‑to‑day player lifecycle campaigns across sports betting and iGaming. You will handle audience selection, journey setup, and testing to ensure accurate, compliant communications across email, SMS, push and onsite channels.

The role emphasizes precision, with collaboration across CRM, development, testing and creative teams. You’ll learn current CRM tech, contribute to live campaigns, and grow with one of SA’s leading digital gaming

Qualifications

• 2–5 years’ experience in CRM, email marketing or campaign operations.
• Experience in fast-paced digital environments with regular campaign deployment.
• Hands-on familiarity with CRM platforms and marketing automation.
• Knowledge of Playtech/Everlytic/Panacea/Optimove or similar tools is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Build and deploy CRM campaigns across email, SMS, push and web channels.
• Pull audiences and prepare lists using platform filters, BI tools or SQL where applicable.
• Set up and maintain automated customer journeys across platforms.
• QA campaigns for accuracy, tracking and suppressions before deployment.
• Monitor live campaigns and report on outcomes and ROI.
