Job summary

Pro-Match Recruitment invites applications for a Warehouse Stock Controller/Assistant Manager in Gauteng. You will support stock management, rebates/IRS processes, POS and cash handling, and wholesale/retail distribution operations, while supervising staff.

The role requires strong stock control, experience in liquor wholesale or distribution, and the ability to coordinate daily stock movement, reconcile cash, and maintain high service standards in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

Qualifications

• Strong numerical and analytical ability.
• Excellent stock control skills.
• Experience with stock counts and reconciliations.
• Leadership and supervision experience.
• Experience in liquor wholesale, retail or distribution is required.

Responsibilities

• Stock management, stock takes, and discrepancy investigations.
• Administer rebates and IRS processes for liquor industry.
• POS and cash management; cash-up reconciliations and controls.
• Coordinate wholesale, retail and distribution operations; order processing and distribution planning.
• Supervise staff; daily scheduling and productivity monitoring.
