Levitate, a UK-based web design agency, is seeking a Lead Generation Specialist to own outbound outreach across LinkedIn and Facebook and keep the sales pipeline full. This is a long-term, systems-driven role for someone who values consistent, reliable work and transparent reporting.

You’ll use LinkedIn Sales Navigator to target prospects, monitor relevant groups, and engage with potential clients. The role includes a base salary with commission and full training.

Formación

• Organised, consistent daily process and number reporting.
• Ability to follow a clear outbound workflow and SOPs.
• Experience in B2B lead generation or VA work is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Use LinkedIn Sales Navigator to find prospects matching target profile.
• Monitor Facebook groups for business owners seeking web design help and reach out.
• Identify people/businesses actively looking for a web designer on both platforms.
• Send personalised connection requests and messages using approved templates.
• Follow up with structured message sequences to start conversations.
• Engage with prospects’ posts to warm them up before outreach.
• Use LinkedIn InMails sparingly for high-value prospects.
• Flag interested replies to the team for next steps.
• Maintain a simple daily tracker of activity and leads.
