Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Event Management or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in event planning and leisure program coordination.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Budget planning and financial oversight experience.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficiency with event software and scheduling tools.

Responsabilidades

• Plan, coordinate, and manage a diverse calendar of leisure activities, community events, and recreational programs.
• Develop event concepts, themes, and objectives aligned with organizational goals.
• Manage all logistical aspects of events, including venue selection, vendor negotiation, budget management, and scheduling.
• Create engaging marketing and promotional materials to drive participation and awareness.
