Qualifications

• 2+ years’ experience in program coordination or event management.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.

• Creativity and enthusiasm for developing engaging activities.
• First Aid certification is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and implement a variety of leisure and recreation programs for different age groups and interests.
• Manage program logistics, including booking venues, arranging instructors, and ensuring resources.
• Promote programs through social media, newsletters, and community notice boards.
• Engage with community members to identify needs and gather feedback for improvement.
• Oversee program budgets and ensure cost-effectiveness and safety protocols.
