You will draft and negotiate licensing agreements, manage IP portfolios, and advise on data privacy and emerging technologies in a dynamic environment that supports innovation and legal excellence.

Qualifications

• Admitted Attorney with 5+ years in technology and IP law.
• Proven ability to draft and negotiate complex technology agreements.
• Strong understanding of patent, trademark, copyright, and trade secret law.
• Experience with data privacy regulations (GDPR, POPIA).
• Analytical and strategic thinker with a hybrid work capability.
