About the Role

Our client is seeking a skilled Legal Advisor with expertise in Employment Law to join their legal team in Bloemfontein . This role is critical for advising the business on all aspects of the South African labour law, ensuring compliance with the Labour Relations Act, BCEA, and other relevant legislation. You will be responsible for managing employee relations issues, drafting employment contracts, advising on disciplinary processes, and representing the company in labour disputes. Key Responsibilities
