Job summary

MiWay in South Africa seeks a Legal Recoveries Advisor for the Claims Legal Department to handle personal and business insurance claims by recovering losses and applying legal rules.

The role requires a Grade 12 and ideally a legal qualification; experience in a legal environment is beneficial. You will work in a busy team to deliver accurate decisions and maintain client relationships.

We value accuracy, integrity and the ability to work under pressure, with targets and strong administration.

Qualifications

• Grade 12/Standard 10/NQF 4 required.
• Related legal tertiary qualification (beneficial).
• Experience in a legal environment is advantageous.
• Experience in recoveries and liabilities, especially motor vehicle accidents, advantageous.

The Claims Legal Department is looking for an enthusiastic individual as a Legal Recoveries Advisor in our Legal Department to action Legal claims for Personal and Business Insurance. Minimum Requirements

Minimum Qualification Required

• Grade 12/Standard 10/NQF 4
• Related legal tertiary qualification (beneficial)

Minimum Experience

• Experience in a legal environment or position advantageous)
• Recoveries and advantageous if Liabilities, specific to Motor Vehicle Accident advantageous
