Miway (Sanlam group) is seeking an affiliate agent to manage relationships with Miway’s affiliate partners and convert affiliate-generated leads into insurance policy sales. You will handle inbound and outbound calls and ensure exceptional customer service and sales performance.

We look for someone with Grade 12, FAIS accreditation, and 1–3 years in a call centre or STI environment, able to work in a target-driven team and handle objections with confidence.

Formación

• Grade 12/Standard 10/NQF4 is required.
• Fully FAIS Accredited is required per DOFA date.
• Minimum of 1 year Call Centre experience.
• Minimum 1-3 years in STI environment and client services experience.

Responsabilidades

• Execute daily and monthly targets and ensure sales budgets are met.
• Convert affiliate-generated leads into new insurance policy sales.
• Follow a target-driven sales approach aligned to MiWay’s performance expectations.
• Provide policy inquiries, product information, and premium explanations to customers.
• Create reports and submit to management; maintain high standards of service.

What will you do?

Under direct supervision you will be responsible in managing relationships with Miway’s affiliate partners and converting affiliate-generated leads into sales. The role involves handling inbound and outbound calls, assisting customers referred through affiliate channels, and ensuring exceptional customer service and sales performance. As an affiliate agent you will be handling multi-channel communication, support policy queries, and contribute to sales and service excellence
