Job summary

MiWay is seeking a Legal Recoveries Advisor within its Claims Legal Department to action legal claims for Personal and Business Insurance. This is a talent pool posting to build a network of qualified candidates for future opportunities.

The role requires a Grade 12 / equivalent with beneficial legal qualifications and experience in a legal environment, ideally with recoveries and liability exposure. Strong communication, multitasking and results orientation are essential.

Minimum Requirements

Minimum Qualification Required

• Grade 12/Standard 10/NQF 4
• Related legal tertiary qualification (beneficial)

Minimum Experience

• Experience in a legal environment or position advantageous)
• Recoveries and advantageous if Liabilities, specific to Motor Vehicle Accident advantageous
