You will screen applications, conduct viewings, manage move-in/move-out inspections, and ensure compliance with landlord-tenant laws. Strong communication and CRM proficiency are essential in this dynamic Western Cape market.

Qualifications

• Experience in real estate lettings or leasing, preferably in the Paarl area.
• Strong understanding of the local rental market and landlord-tenant laws.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in property management software and CRM systems.
• Organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Market available rental properties to attract prospective tenants in Paarl.
• Conduct property viewings and highlight features to renters.
• Screen tenant applications including background and credit checks.
• Prepare and manage lease agreements in compliance with laws.
