Qualifications

• Matric is required; a learning qualification will be advantageous.
• Experience designing digital, blended or social learning solutions.
• Proven experience in learning design, facilitation and delivery in an operational or contact centre environment.
• Ability to simplify complex information for frontline learners.
• Experience using Articulate 360 and Microsoft 365 tools.

Responsibilities

• Design learner-centered content aligned to project milestones and operational needs.
• Facilitate formal and informal learning interventions for operational audiences.
• Support adoption by reinforcing new behaviours and processes.
• Evaluate learning outcomes and measure effectiveness using appropriate methods.
