Job summary

MPOWER is seeking a Training Specialist in Pretoria, South Africa to plan and deliver training interventions that enhance employee performance. The successful candidate will be responsible for onboarding and operational training while ensuring compliance with SETA standards. This role requires 3–5 years of experience in training/learning development, a qualification in education or related fields, and strong facilitation skills. Qualifications

• 3–5 years' experience in training or learning and development.
• Accredited Assessor, Moderator and Facilitator (EDTP SETA or equivalent) preferred.
• Experience developing training material.

Responsibilities

• Plan, deliver and evaluate learning and development interventions.
• Support onboarding and operational training.
• Coordinate training with external service providers.

Skills

Strong facilitation, presentation and group management skills

Content design and instructional design capability

Ability to adapt content for different learning styles

Analytical capability to interpret training data

Intermediate Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Word, Outlook)

Time management

Education

Grade 12 (Matric)
