Job summary

FSCA South Africa seeks a dedicated professional to plan, administer and implement learning programmes that empower employees and improve competence across the organisation.

The role focuses on BBBEE processes, workplace skills planning and liaising with SETAs and QCTO to provide accredited learning. It requires strong problem solving, reporting and stakeholder management under a compliance-driven environment.

Qualifications

• Experience with BBBEE and Skills Development Legislation.
• Ability to develop and implement learning programmes.
• Strong analytical and reporting skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage the BBBEE process.
• Assist FSCA to meet transformational goals outlined in the BBBEE codes.
• Plan and develop the Workplace Skills Plan and the Annual Training Plan.
• Liaise with SETAs and the QCTO for provision of accredited learning programmes.
• Identify and manage the professional development programmes of the unemployed and employed learners.
• Manage the internal and external bursary programmes.
• Manage the identification and development of people with disabilities.
• Manage the learnership programmes/ Work Integrated Learning.
• Manage the LMS and digitalisation of learning in the workplace.
• Manage the accreditation process of the workplace and learning programmes.
• Conduct Learning Needs Analysis.
• Advise employees and line managers on learning and development policies.
• Advise line managers on appropriate learning programmes to address performance gaps.
• Update the FSCA course catalogue and monitor the usage of digital learning platforms.
• Produce various reports for different stakeholders.
• Manage relationships with external training vendors.
• Participate in the FSCA project related initiatives.
