Job summary

Pepkor Lifestyle is seeking a meticulous Learning and Development Administrator to support delivery and administration of L&D initiatives.

You will handle e‑learning content, reporting and compliance, and coordinate learnerships and internships while liaising with internal stakeholders.

Based in Sandton, this role suits someone with strong administrative skills and experience in LMS environments within a retail or corporate setting.

Qualifications

• Experience in Learning and Development or Training Administration.
• Experience with learnership and internship programmes is advantageous.
• Experience with LMS and e-learning platforms is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support for L&D initiatives and programmes.
• Coordinate training interventions, workshops and learning activities.
• Maintain training records and L&D database.
• Produce reports including WSP/ATR, EE and BBBEE where required.
• Coordinate learnerships and internships and liaise with stakeholders.
