Job summary

HotelJobs in Cape Town is seeking an experienced Learning & Development Manager for a 5* internationally branded hotel. The L&D Manager will coordinate, deliver and execute operational training across the hotel, working closely with department leaders to identify development needs and implement practical training solutions to elevate guest satisfaction and employee engagement.

Start date ideally end-November or sooner, with qualifications in hospitality studies, a strong hotel training

Qualifications

• Qualified in Hospitality related studies with training background.
• 3+ years operational hospitality leadership experience.
• Experience in EE reporting and skills development.
• Experience with Cathsetta submissions.
• Preference for relationships with hotel schools.

Key Requirements:

• Qualification in Hospitality related studies with a solid training background
• Hotel training background preferred (4-5 star) with 3-years operational hospitality experience in a leadership position
• Candidate must have EE reporting experience in terms of skills dev & must have experience in Cathsetta submissions
• Prefer a candidate who has relationships with hotel schools
