Job summary

Placements24 is seeking an engaging Learning and Development Facilitator to join the team in Paarl. The role designs, delivers and evaluates training programs to enhance employee skills and support organizational growth.

You will blend in-person and digital delivery while working with multiple departments to identify needs. The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree and proven training facilitation experience, strong adult learning knowledge, and excellent presentation and interpersonal skills

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Education, Business Administration, or related field.
• Proven experience as a Training Facilitator or Learning and Development professional.
• Strong understanding of adult learning principles and various training methodologies.
• Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Experience with designing and delivering blended learning solutions.
• Proficiency with training-related software and technologies.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver engaging training sessions for employees across levels.
• Assess training needs and develop comprehensive L&D programs.
• Evaluate training effectiveness and adjust accordingly.
• Develop training materials including presentations and guides.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts for content accuracy.
