Job summary

Qualifications

• Diploma/certificate in HR-related field and SDF qualification.
• Experience in learning and development within a large organization.
• Familiarity with BBBEE, SETA requirements and WSP/ATR submissions.

Responsibilities

• Oversee unemployed and disabled learnership programmes aligned with BBBEE and regulatory requirements.
• Manage recruitment, budgeting, training and learner progress tracking.
• Identify training providers, conduct due diligence and negotiate SLAs.
• Coordinate with Business Units and Marketing on learner placement and recruitment.
• Ensure accurate learner data, enrolments and system uploads; liaise with Payroll.
• Monitor stipends, attendance, and reporting for monthly reviews.
