Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or Mechanical Engineering (or related discipline).
• 4+ years of experience in industrial process improvement, operations analysis, or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of Lean principles and Six Sigma methodologies.
• Proficiency in data analysis and process modeling tools.
• Excellent problem-solving and teamwork skills.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments of current industrial processes to pinpoint optimization opportunities.
• Design and implement improvement projects using Lean and Six Sigma methodologies.
• Develop and maintain process documentation, including flowcharts, SOPs, and work instructions.
• Collect and analyze data to monitor performance and identify trends affecting efficiency and quality.
• Collaborate with operations, engineering, and management to implement changes.
