Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in a production engineering or manufacturing systems role.
• Solid understanding of lean manufacturing principles and process optimization techniques.
• Proficiency in data analysis and problem-solving.
• Experience with CAD software is advantageous.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsabilidades

• Analyze production workflows, equipment performance, and material handling systems to identify areas for improvement.
• Develop and implement process improvements to increase output, reduce waste, and enhance product quality.
• Establish and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) for production processes.
• Collaborate with the operations team to troubleshoot production issues and implement corrective actions.
• Apply lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies to enhance operational efficiency.
• Monitor production metrics and provide regular reports on system performance and improvement initiatives for the Queenstown facility.
