Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or related field.
• Operational efficiency analysis experience in manufacturing.
• Proficiency in lean principles, value stream mapping, and Kaizen.
• Experience with simulation software and data analysis tools.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
