Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Operations Management, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years in industrial engineering, process optimization, or a similar role.
• Proven Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma experience.
• Strong data interpretation and communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Conduct detailed assessments of current industrial processes to identify efficiency improvements.
• Develop and implement strategies for waste reduction, energy conservation, and resource optimization.
• Analyze production data to pinpoint bottlenecks and quality issues.
• Design new process flows and layouts to enhance productivity.
