Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Operations Management, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in industrial engineering or process optimization.
• Experience with Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma methodologies.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with data interpretation.

Responsibilities

• Conduct detailed assessments of current industrial processes to identify efficiency improvements.
• Develop and implement strategies for waste reduction, energy conservation, and resource optimization.
• Analyze production data to pinpoint bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and quality control issues.
• Design new process flows and layouts to enhance productivity.
• Collaborate with production, engineering, and management to implement efficiency initiatives.
• Develop and deliver training programs for staff on new processes and best practices.
• Monitor and report progress and impact of efficiency measures.
• Stay updated on trends in industrial efficiency and lean manufacturing.
• Ensure safety and environmental regulations during implementations.
• Facilitate continuous improvement workshops and team meetings.
