Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or related field.
• 4+ years in industrial engineering or operations improvement.
• Lean Manufacturing expertise: 5S, Kaizen, Value Stream Mapping.
• Strong data analysis and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with process simulation and modeling software is a plus.
• Excellent communication across diverse teams.

Responsibilities

• Analyze production data and workflows to identify efficiency and cost-saving opportunities.
• Develop and implement lean manufacturing strategies and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Design and optimize factory layouts and material flow for productivity and safety.
• Conduct work studies and time-motion analyses to set performance standards.
