About the Role

Our client is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Industrial Efficiency Specialist to join their team in Richards Bay, KwaZulu-Natal . This role focuses on optimizing production processes, reducing waste, and enhancing overall operational performance within industrial settings. You will be responsible for conducting in-depth analyses of existing workflows, identifying bottlenecks, and implementing strategic improvements that lead to increased productivity and cost savings. This is a hybrid role, requiring a balance of on-site analysis and remote reporting and planning. The ideal candidate will possess a strong analytical acumen, a deep understanding of manufacturing principles, and the ability to collaborate effectively with various teams. You will play a key part in driving a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence. Your work will directly contribute to the client's competitive advantage and long-term sustainability. This role requires a hands-on approach, often involving time on the factory floor, coupled with the analytical rigor needed for data interpretation and strategic planning. You will also be involved in training operational staff on new procedures and best practices. The goal is to create leaner, more efficient, and more profitable industrial operations.
