Job summary

Placements24 in Paarl is seeking an experienced Lead UX Researcher to guide user research initiatives. Qualifications

• 5+ years of UX Research experience with a strong portfolio

Key Responsibilities

Requirements

• Extensive experience (5+ years) in UX Research , with a strong portfolio demonstrating impactful research projects.
• Expertise in a wide range of qualitative and quantitative research methods.
• Proficiency in research tools and platforms (e.g., UserTesting.com, Qualtrics, SurveyMonkey).
• Proven ability to translate complex research findings into actionable product strategy recommendations.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Master's or PhD in HCI, Psychology, Anthropology, Sociology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
