Placements24 in Upington, Northern Cape, is seeking a Lead UX Researcher to drive user insights across digital products from a remote-enabled role. This senior role is responsible for driving a deep understanding of user needs, behaviors, and motivations to inform product strategy and design decisions across their digital platforms. The Lead UX Researcher will design, conduct, and analyze qualitative and quantitative research studies, translating findings into actionable insights that enhance user satisfaction and product efficacy.
