Qualifications

• Bachelor's or master's in electrical/telecommunications/science related field.
• Min 7 years in telecom systems engineering with leadership experience.
• Proven design, implementation and management of large-scale networks (MPLS, SD-WAN, VoIP, LTE, 5G).
• Strong leadership, communication, and vendor-management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and architecture of end-to-end telecommunications systems, including voice, data, and video networks.
• Oversee system integration and ensure seamless interoperability between different network components and vendors.
• Develop technical specifications, project plans, and system configurations.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex system-level issues, providing expert technical guidance.
• Evaluate emerging telecommunications technologies and recommend strategic implementations.
• Manage and mentor a team of systems engineers, fostering skill development and project success.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including operations, procurement, and project management.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
