The ideal candidate has a Master’s in Architecture, 8+ years of sustainability-focused experience, and accreditation such as Green Star SA AP or LEED AP. Proficiency in energy modeling software and BIM tools is essential.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Architecture is required
• Green Star SA AP or LEED AP accreditation required
• Minimum 8 years of architectural design experience with sustainability focus
• Proficiency in energy modeling and BIM tools like Revit

Responsibilities

• Lead development and implementation of sustainability strategies for projects
• Integrate sustainable design principles, materials, and technologies into the design process
• Conduct energy modeling and performance analysis to improve efficiency
• Guide teams to achieve green building certifications (e.g., LEED, Green Star SA)
• Research innovative sustainable materials and methods
