Placements24 is seeking a visionary Lead Sustainable Architect to drive green building initiatives in a fully remote role. You will spearhead sustainable design strategies, balance performance with cost, and guide global projects toward LEED, Green Star SA, or equivalent certification levels.

The ideal candidate has a master's degree in Architecture with a Sustainable Design focus, professional accreditation, and at least eight years of experience leading sustainable projects.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Architecture with specialization in Sustainable Design.
• Professional accreditation (LEED AP or Green Star SA).
• 8+ years in architectural design, 5+ years in sustainable projects.
• Experience leading sustainable design strategies on major projects.
• Knowledge of green building rating systems and methodologies.
• Proficiency in energy modeling and daylight analysis software.
• Excellent remote communication and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead integration of sustainable design principles into all projects.
• Develop energy efficiency, water conservation, and waste reduction solutions.
• Conduct lifecycle assessments and environmental impact analyses.
• Achieve high certifications (LEED Platinum, Net Zero).
• Collaborate remotely with teams, engineers, and clients.
• Research and evaluate new sustainable materials and methods.
• Develop training materials and conduct sustainability workshops.
• Stay current with global trends and regulations in sustainable architecture.
