Qualifikationen

• Master's degree in Architecture or related field with sustainability focus.
• Registered with SAIA or Green Star SA Accredited Professional.
• At least 9 years of progressive architectural experience with sustainable design.
• Proven leadership of sustainability in large-scale projects.
• Experience with energy modeling (Ecotect, IES VE) and BIM (Revit).
• Strong knowledge of Green Star SA, LEED, and BREEAM.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• In-depth knowledge of SA building regulations and environmental policies.
