Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in a retail sales environment, preferably in a senior or supervisory capacity.
• Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in using POS systems and other retail management software.

Responsibilities

• Greeting and assisting customers in a friendly and professional manner.
• Understanding customer needs and recommending suitable products and solutions.
• Achieving and exceeding personal and store sales targets.
• Maintaining knowledge of current promotions, products, and company policies.
• Processing sales transactions accurately using the POS system.
