Qualifications

- 7+ years of experience in industrial or manufacturing engineering focusing on production optimization.
- Proven experience leading engineering teams and managing projects.
Responsibilities
- Lead analysis and redesign of production processes to optimize efficiency and material flow.
- Develop strategies for waste reduction, cycle time improvement, and quality enhancement.
- Apply Lean, Six Sigma, and SPC to drive performance improvements.
- Mentor and manage industrial engineers and technicians.
- Collaborate with production, maintenance, and quality teams to implement improvements.
- Design and oversee pilot projects for new manufacturing technologies.
