Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage day-to-day production activities, ensuring adherence to production schedules and targets.

• Ensure all manufacturing activities are conducted in strict compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and company Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).

• Oversee the operation and maintenance of production equipment, ensuring safety and performance standards are met.
• Review and approve batch records, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
• Participate in deviation investigations and the implementation of CAPAs.

• Collaborate with Quality Assurance, Quality Control, and Engineering departments to resolve production-related issues.
• Ensure proper inventory management of raw materials and finished goods within the production area.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Science, Engineering, or a related field. A diploma with extensive relevant experience will also be considered.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or lead role.
• Thorough understanding of GMP principles and pharmaceutical production processes.
