The ideal candidate holds a Master's in Mechanical Engineering with 8+ years in building services and proven leadership. Pr.Eng registration is advantageous, with strong collaboration across disciplines.

Formación

• Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a relevant field.
• 8+ years of progressive experience in mechanical building services design, with focus on HVAC.
• Proven experience leading engineering teams and managing complex building projects.
• In-depth knowledge of HVAC principles, thermodynamics, fluid dynamics, and energy modeling.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the mechanical design of HVAC, plumbing, and fire protection systems for complex building projects.
• Develop detailed engineering designs, calculations, specifications, and drawings using relevant software.
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation for mechanical engineering aspects.
• Mentor and guide junior mechanical engineers and designers, fostering technical development.
• Collaborate with architects, electrical engineers, structural engineers, and clients.
• Conduct site inspections, commissioning, and provide technical support during construction phases.
• Ensure designs comply with national building codes, energy efficiency standards, and client requirements.
• Prepare technical reports, proposals, and presentations for clients and stakeholders.
