Luxury Country Hotel & Spa in KwaZulu-Natal seeks an experienced Wedding & Events Coordinator to lead its weddings and events offering. You will be the face of the venue for couples, guiding from enquiry to final day details with grace and professionalism.

The role requires coordinating enquiries, site visits, quotes, contracts and deposits, while ensuring flawless execution and strong relationships with suppliers, delivering a superior luxury experience.

Qualifications

• Proven experience coordinating weddings and events at luxury venues.
• Strong sales ability with track record of securing bookings.
• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Polished communication and guest relations skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage wedding and event enquiries, host site visits and convert enquiries into confirmed bookings.
• Guide couples and clients through the planning process with warmth and professionalism.
• Prepare quotes, proposals and contracts, and manage deposits and payment schedules.
• Coordinate all event details with internal teams and trusted suppliers.
• Oversee events on the day and ensure every detail is delivered to a high standard.
• Grow the venue's wedding and events business through sales initiatives and supplier relationships.
