Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Marketing, or related field is advantageous.
• 5-7 years of experience in event planning and management, with corporate events and conferences.
• Proven track record of large-scale events with complex logistics.
• Excellent project management, prioritization, and deadline management.
• Strong negotiation and vendor management capabilities.
• Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and client-facing skills.
• Proficiency in event management software and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and execute luxury conferences and corporate events from conception to completion.
• Manage budgets to meet financial objectives and profitability.
• Source, negotiate with, and manage relationships with vendors, venues, and suppliers.
• Develop creative event concepts and themes aligned with client objectives and brand standards.
• Create detailed event timelines, production schedules, and run sheets.
• Oversee logistics: venue setup, AV, catering, accommodation, transportation.
• Provide on-site event management and troubleshooting.
• Liaise with clients, provide regular updates and manage registrations and VIPs.
• Conduct post-event evaluations and prepare reports.
