Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years in a professional kitchen, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
• Strong knowledge of cooking techniques, food safety, and sanitation.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.

• Basic inventory management and cost-control understanding.

Responsibilities

• Supervise kitchen staff during food preparation and service, ensuring efficiency and standards.
