Responsibilities

• Lead design, development, and implementation of enterprise‑level security architecture and infrastructure.
• Oversee the management and optimization of security tools and technologies, including firewalls, WAFs, IDS/IPS, and SIEM solutions.
• Develop and enforce security engineering standards, best practices, and coding guidelines.
• Mentor and guide a team of security engineers, providing technical leadership and fostering professional growth.
• Drive the integration of security into the DevOps lifecycle (DevSecOps) to ensure secure application development.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Engineering, Cybersecurity, or a related technical field.

• Proven experience in designing and implementing complex security architectures in large-scale environments.
• Deep understanding of network security, cloud security (especially AWS and Azure), endpoint security, and application security.
• Expertise with security technologies such as SIEM, SOAR, EDR, firewalls, and encryption.
• Experience with infrastructure as code (IaC) tools (e.g., Terraform, Ansible) and CI/CD pipelines.
• Strong programming or scripting skills (e.g., Python, Go, Bash).
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Experience managing and mentoring engineering teams.
• Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CCSP, or cloud security certifications are highly valued.
