Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/IT/Cybersecurity or related field.
• Minimum 6 years of professional information security engineering experience.
• Strong expertise in network security, hardening, and secure coding.
• Proficiency in scripting languages (Python, PowerShell, Bash).
• Experience with cloud security environments (AWS, Azure) and related services.
• Cryptographic principles knowledge; relevant certifications like CISSP/Security+/GIAC desirable.

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Design, deploy, and manage security infrastructure, including firewalls, VPNs, IDS/IPS, and web application firewalls (WAF).
• Develop and implement automation for security processes, monitoring, and incident response using scripting languages.
• Conduct security assessments, vulnerability testing, and penetration testing on systems and applications.
• Implement and manage identity and access management (IAM) solutions and enforce access control policies.
• Respond to and manage security incidents, coordinating containment and remediation efforts.
• Collaborate with IT operations and development teams to ensure security is integrated into all aspects of infrastructure and applications.

Requirements
