Job summary

Placements24 is looking for a dedicated Project Engineer to lead civil infrastructure projects from conception through completion. The role combines remote work with on-site collaboration during critical phases, ensuring timely, on-budget delivery and high-quality standards.

You will oversee scopes, schedules, budgets, and resources, coordinate with design teams and contractors, conduct inspections, and manage documentation while ensuring environmental compliance and safety.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering required.
• PE/Pr. Eng registration highly advantageous.
• Minimum 5 years of civil engineering project management experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage all phases of civil infrastructure projects from planning to close-out.
• Develop project scopes, schedules, budgets, and resource plans.
• Coordinate with design teams, contractors, and stakeholders to achieve objectives.
• Conduct site inspections and monitor progress per plans and safety regs.
• Review and approve submittals (drawings, specs, method statements).
• Identify and mitigate risks; resolve issues during execution.
• Maintain project documentation including reports and minutes.
• Ensure compliance with environmental regulations and permits.
