Placements24 is seeking a skilled Civil Design Engineer to join our team for a hybrid role combining office-based design work with periodic site visits and client meetings. You will contribute to planning, design, and development of infrastructure projects, delivering tangible improvements to public works and communities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in civil design engineering, infrastructure.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, or similar design software.
• Knowledge of relevant engineering codes, standards, and best practices.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills for hybrid collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed design calculations and drawings for infrastructure projects, including roads, drainage systems, and site development.
• Utilize CAD software and other design tools to produce high-quality engineering plans and specifications.
• Collaborate with project managers and other engineers to develop innovative and cost-effective design solutions.
• Conduct site investigations and surveys to gather necessary data for design purposes.
• Ensure designs comply with relevant engineering standards, codes, and regulations.
• Assist in the preparation of tender documents and construction phase support.
