Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years in hotel housekeeping management or supervision.
• Knowledge of hotel cleaning standards, sanitation practices, and safety protocols.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
• Ability to train and motivate a diverse team.
• Keen eye for detail and commitment to guest service.
• Familiarity with hotel PMS is a plus.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Must be located in or able to commute to Stellenbosch, Western Cape.
• Hospitality management qualification is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and direct daily housekeeping and sanitation activities.
• Develop and implement detailed cleaning schedules for rooms and public areas.
• Conduct regular inspections to ensure cleanliness and hygiene standards.
