Job summary

Placements24 is seeking an experienced Event Catering Supervisor to lead service teams for various events in Kimberley. You will oversee front-of-house operations, ensuring impeccable guest service, manage catering staff, and uphold high standards of presentation and efficiency.

Applicants should have supervisory experience in catering or hospitality, strong leadership and customer service skills, and the ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Supervise catering staff during event setup, service and breakdown.

• Manage guest satisfaction and promptly address requests.
• Coordinate with kitchen and bar for timely food/bev delivery.
• Conduct pre-event briefings to outline details and expectations.
• Maintain inventory of service equipment and supplies.
