Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/IT or equivalent experience.
• 7+ years in DevOps, with 3+ in lead roles.
• Proven cloud experience: AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Strong experience with Docker/Kubernetes and IaC tools (Terraform/Ansible).
• Proficient in CI/CD (Jenkins/GitLab CI/CircleCI).
• Experience with monitoring/logging (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK).
• Excellent problem-solving in fast-paced remote environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and manage robust and scalable cloud infrastructure (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines for automated building, testing, and deployment of applications.
• Implement and manage infrastructure as code (IaC) using tools like Terraform or CloudFormation.
• Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement solutions to ensure high availability and reliability.
• Establish and enforce security best practices across the cloud infrastructure.
• Automate operational tasks and processes to improve efficiency and reduce manual intervention.
• Collaborate with development and operations teams to optimize application performance and deployment strategies.
• Mentor and guide junior DevOps engineers, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in DevOps, Systems Administration, or Software Engineering, with at least 3 years in a lead or senior role.
• Proven expertise in cloud platforms such as Amazon Web Services (AWS), Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
• Strong experience with containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Proficiency in scripting languages (e.g., Python, Bash, PowerShell) and infrastructure as code tools (e.g., Terraform, Ansible, Chef).
• Deep understanding of CI/CD principles and tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI, CircleCI).
• Experience with monitoring and logging tools (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, ELK stack).
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively in a fast‑paced, remote environment.
