• Ability to analyze data and derive actionable insights.

Responsibilities

• Drive cross-functional communication among stakeholders: sales, logistics operations, demand planning, product supply and external partners.
• Achieve KPIs including customer service, invoice accuracy, overdues and deductions.
• Lead and develop a high-performing CS&L team.
• Implement joint value creation initiatives identified through customer collaboration.
• Monitor and steer CS&L service KPIs and ensure adherence to processes.
