First Recruitment Group seeks a Lead CS&A Engineer to drive civil, structural and architectural solutions on site infrastructure projects in Warrington. The role offers contract or permanent opportunities and requires UK Security Clearance eligibility.

The successful candidate will lead design development, coordinate with multidisciplinary teams and deliver buildable solutions from concept through construction.

Qualifications

• Strong civil and structural drawing and detailing experience across a range of projects.
• Proficient with CAD and drawing editing software.
• Experience locating and managing engineering drawings using Cimage.
• Detail-oriented with ability to produce accurate technical documentation.
• Strong collaborative working skills within multidisciplinary environments.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop layouts for security enclosures and external structures.
• Define and coordinate the scope of internal and external modification works.
• Produce high-quality technical drawings and design documentation clearly communicating intent.
• Conduct site inspections to verify scope and interfaces and develop practical solutions.
• Support safe, efficient and buildable CS&A design delivery from concept to construction.
• Liaise with contractors and stakeholders to ensure engineering requirements are communicated and delivered.
